Just another tea-time quiz we hear you protest! Quite the contrary. Whilst we do not profess to have created the most scientific assessment tool ever devised, the basis of this tool considers the 'Best Practice' competencies from sources such as the APM and PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge, the OGC's Management of Risk, PRINCE2 and Managing Successful Programmes, and the ISEB's Project and Programme Support Office certification programmes.

The first component requires that you complete the experience self-assessment form. This form asks you to indicate your level of experience in terms of the following areas: General, PRINCE2, Strategic, Commercial, Control, Technical, Organisation and People.

Having completed the self-assessment you will then be presented with modular assessments against each of these areas in the form of multiple-choice questions. On completion of each module you are presented with your results for that section

The concept is very simple, the results very effective.
